Chili Supper Cook-Off Fundraiser

On Saturday night, February 24th, Bolivar Lodge held its Annual Chili Supper Cook-Off Fundraiser. A Popular culinary competition that celebrates the beloved dish known as “chili.” Chili is a spicy stew typically made with chili peppers, meat (such as beef), tomatoes, beans, and a blend of spices. A bountiful chili supper was had by eager participants, prepared and served by awaiting Brothers. Past Master Brother Williams presented 1st Place to Brother Howard, 2nd Place to Brother Wassenaar and 3rd Place to Brother Johnson.

Bolivar Masonic Lodge also presented a donation of $2000.00 to the Bolivar Cemetery Association.
