Past Masters’, Wives and Widows Night and Annual Awards Banquet

On Saturday night, February 10, Bolivar Lodge held its Past Masters’, Wives and Widows Night and Annual Awards Banquet. A fine meal was served by the Culinary Class of Sanger High School. Worshipful Master Brian Hoffman awarded the Golden Trowel Award to Brother Glenn McDaniel, a fifty-four-year mason. This is the highest service award that can be bestowed by the local lodge. Brother McDaniel has been a steward for Bolivar Lodge for the past several years and has provided many great meals for the members.

Amy Escobedo, an educator from Sanger High School, was presented the Lamar Medal for outstanding service in the field of education. She supervises the Culinary Education of Sanger High School and has been instrumental in providing servers and food for our banquets. Bolivar Masons congratulate these two for their outstanding accomplishments!
