Past Masters’, Wives and Widows Night and Annual Awards Banquet 2026
On Saturday night, March 28, Bolivar Masonic Lodge hosted its annual banquet to honor the Past Masters, Wives, and Widows who have played an essential role in the lodge’s history and success. This special evening was a time of fellowship, gratitude, and reflection, bringing together members, family, and guests to celebrate the dedication and contributions of those who have served the lodge. The event began at 6:30 PM, with Past Master Blake Williams leading a heartfelt program that highlighted the impact of the lodge’s Past Masters and the unwavering support of their families. His address focused on the rich traditions of Freemasonry, the importance of leadership, and the lasting legacy that Past Masters have left for future generations. Attendees were reminded of the sacrifices and efforts made by those who guided the lodge through the years, as well as the vital role played by Masonic widows and wives in supporting the organization’s mission. Sunny Yeatts is presented a program “George Washington, The Soldier” assisted by her daughter Denise.
Following the program, a delicious meal (sirloin roast beef, green bean casserole, butter potatoes with onion, a southwest salad, and desert) was served in the lodge dining hall, prepared by the talented lodge member Glenn McDaniel. Glenn, who has served as a steward for Bolivar Masonic Lodge for several years, has become well known for his dedication and skill in preparing meals for lodge gatherings.
