It is sad to announce the passing of Brother Joe Higgs in the early morning, of July 14th. Brother Higgs was the Past Master of Bolivar Lodge in 1968 and had nearly 64 years of service to the fraternity. Services will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 20th, at First Baptist Church Sanger with a short visitation from 10 to 10:45 AM at the church before the service. There will be a Masonic Graveside Service provided by the Bolivar Masonic Lodge at the Sanger Cemetery following the church services.
